Payments
- At the time of booking an excursion, a non-refundable deposit of $250 per person is due. (Promotional 'Deposit Specials' may apply and deposit prices will vary, when applicable.)
- Non-refundable payment #2, of $250, is due approximately ten weeks prior to excursion start date.
- Payment #3, amount based on excursion full amount minus non-refundable deposit #1 and non-refundable paymemt #2, is due approximately four weeks prior to excursion start date.
- Exact payment dates and amounts are listed on Booking Payment Schedule page.
- Excursions booked less than three weeks prior to the trip start date, will require full/complete payment at the time of booking, with $500 being non-refundable.
- Trip cancellation may be requested, in writing.
- Payment Three, is fully refundable, if written cancellation is submitted 15 days prior to the excursion start date. Cancellations submitted after the 15 day excursion start date, failure to cancel all together before trip start, and no-shows, will not be refunded.
Accepted Payment Methods
Payments are made at time of booking. After your Person-to-Person Booking Video Chat or Telephone Call you will be provided with a link to make your booking deposit or balance payment. Credit or debit card payment can also be made during the Person-to-Person Video Chat or Call, if utilizing a link is not ideal or desired.
Most major bank debit cards, most major credit cards are accepted.
(Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover)
Payments via Zelle is also accepted.
Terms and Conditions
Excursion guests will be provided, via e-mail, a full set of Terms, Conditions, and Waivers. If needed
Terms and Conditions documents can be provided via United States Postal Service or FedEx. An electronic signature or wet signature is required 90 days prior to trip start date. Guests must agree to all terms and conditions, and trip must be paid in full, prior to travel.
Excursion dates, itinerary, and prices, are subject to change without advance notice. Excursions by Deanne Frances reserves the right to refuse or cancel service.
